There\u2019s no denying that New York can get claustrophobic, but the open waters of The Hudson and East Rivers are serene enough to put anyone at ease. Prospect Park\u2019s Brooklyn Botanical Garden<\/a> features the first Japanese-inspired garden in the country and is known for its Sakura Matsuri Festival each spring.
