Since 1994, the New York Cycle Club has opened its arms to the local cycling community by hosting Escape New York. Our annual end-of-summer "getaway" takes riders out of Manhattan via the George Washington Bridge to explore the beauty and history just across the Hudson River in Bergen County, NJ and Rockland County, NY.

The Donut Ride
Come join a night bike ride through Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens where you’ll taste some of the city's best Donuts. If you like Cycling and love donuts – you donut want to miss this event.
With start times as early as 5:00PM, you can enjoy the donut ride, and still get in a good nights sleep!
All proceeds go towards InTandem Cycling, Inc., a nonprofit whose mission is to provide free tandem cycling programs to people who are blind, have low vision, or cannot ride independently due to other disabilities.

Twin Lights Ride
Named after the famed Navesink Twin Lights up the hill from Huddy Park in Highlands, New Jersey, this ride showcases the best of the Garden State—the picturesque Jersey shore, undulating hills, and quaint towns and farmland. This event has been a favorite of local cyclists, New Yorkers, and visitors from around the country for over a decade.

Fall is here and we’re ready to celebrate! The Outsiders in partnership with Clif Bar are bringing you another #perfectsunday bike ride with 100 of your newest friends. Join us for an epic day of biking, sightseeing and brewery hangs as we cruise the Hudson River waterfront from Manhattan to the Bronx for party at the famous Bronx Brewery. We'll be riding to raise awareness and proceeds for Mission North.

Cycle to Citi Field
Cycle to Citi Field is a cycling event featuring a guided ride to Citi Field. The goal of the ride is to showcase new and existing bike lanes in Queens while empowering New Yorkers to explore their city. Citi Field is at the center of two areas chosen for bike network development. To the east of the stadium is the Queens Community District 7 bike network project in Flushing and Queensboro Hill; and to the west of the park is the Big Jump initiative, focusing on the communities of Corona, Elmhurst, Jackson Heights and East Elmhurst. Both projects are aimed at increasing safety, encouraging more people to bike and improving connections within the neighborhoods. Starting locations are Union Square in Manhattan, Prospect Park in Brooklyn, and Alley Pond Park in Queens.
